Britney Spears hit the gym this weekend to keep on keeping on with her intense workout routine getting that body back. Last week she showed off a lot of that progress bikini body-syle in Cabo, but a pop star's work is never done. Plus the pressure is on even more now that she scored yet another VMA nomination on Friday, this time for Best Pop Video. Other than Danity Kane, she's up against the Jonas Brothers "Burnin' Up," Panic at the Disco "Nine in the Afternoon," and Tokio Hotel "Ready, Set, Go!" Pretty eclectic group, but we're pulling for Brit. Needless to say, we're also eager to hear her new stuff, even if Kanye "de-spelled" any rumor of his involvement with a "clarity post" on his blog denying the story.

1ugh, figures...damn stupid teeny boppers and people with no taste in actual music...that's what i see with most of these stupid categories...they're all crap.

In my opinion, britney is boring and she's only good for club/dance mixes because that's how her voice actually sounds okay when altered like crazy.

Only the Crissy Crockers are pulling for her! The paps have given up since daddy's day care took over! Only one pap waiting for her a couple of weeks ago after dinner out.
8I'm pulling for her to get better, but not to win this award. Even as big a fan as I am, I'm not blinded enough to think she deserves it. She just doesn't. Maybe NEXT year she'll have something that shows worth, but not this year.
And Kanye, he makes me sick to my stomach. That whiny ass child. OMG. I see him come on TV and flip the channel, if he's in a mag, I tear out the page, if it's a post on here, I skip it REALLY fast.

15I didn't realize it was required to match at the gym. But I'm not the type who cares what I look like on my way to/at/on my way from the gym. I'm not there to out fabulous anyone or pick up men.

20i love britney and i kind of hope that she wins an award. i think that it would be a great culmination to a year that's really turned around for her.
21"Piece of Me" is NOT a great video!!! Yes, it is a vast improvement over "Gimme More," but I'm not sure there are a lot of better videos out there than that one. I want Britney to revitalize her career too, but we shouldn't give her an award as an ego boost.
22I'm in total agreement with California. Anyone that knows me on here knows that I am pulling for Britney. But to just "hand" her something that she hasn't earned is not going to help her. She needs people to be honest with her for once in her life, not just tell her "Oh you're so pretty, you're so awesome" to keep her happy. We saw where that landed her.
