Lil Mama, Miley and the one I picked look awful. I'm probably the only person who liked Scarlett's look and Kim actually looks GOOD for once. I like the clash, it works well.

29I dont consider people Lil Mama, Kelis, Juiliette Lewis, Diane Keaton in the "Worst Dressed" that's just their style. Off beat.. If more is expected of you then you can be considered worst dress. So i picked Kim but Fergie ties w/ her in my book
