Sources say Vanity Fair has landed the first photos of the care fully guarded tot spawned by Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes last April. The pictures were taken by celebrity snapper Annie Leibovitz and will be published this fall, spies say. Both Vanity Fair and Cruise's reps had no comment.

18louise, i agree. my bf's mom is a doctor and helped my sister through her pregnancy. when you are able to fit ANYTHING snugly between the bottom of your breasts and the top of the belly, it means the baby has dropped and you are ready for birth. as you can see, BOTH of her arms fit right in there...SHAM!

22Actually I was able to fit both arms over the belly and under my breasts with my oldest with no problem...it depends on height and I'm pretty tall. Don't know how tall Katie is.
However when I was pregnant with my twins my oldest could hide under my belly with no problem and I couldn't see him. It was a cute albeit depressing game we played in those last few weeks.

28hmmmmm crazy, maybe. my sister is only a couple inches taller than me, 5'3" maybe?, but her boobs and stomach were the best of friends until she dropped and went into labor. i still think it's all a sham, but only time will tell

40On a channel here, they show repeats of the Ellen Show on the weekends. I watch, because I sometimes miss her during the week. They had an older one on and Tom and Katie made an appearance. But, Ellen touched her tummy, and rubbed it a bit. I was like I need to ask Ellen! She knows!
