After Sienna Miller was spotted solo in LA earlier this week, we knew photos of her with Balthazar would soon surface. Yesterday the pair were spotted together at a Malibu cafe as Sienna showed off some new purchases. Even though he claims to have been separated from his wife for six months before even meeting Sienna, their love will never seem innocent. Balthazar will probably be in LA for the next few weeks to film Brothers and Sisters, but hopefully for his children's sake the new inseparable couple will try to keep a low profile.

I don't think you'd need a degree in psychology/tact to realise that this is just a MEAN thing to do. Sluttiness, tackiness, whatever - it's not nice, it's not what nice women do to other women. He is obviously despicable, it's not about blaming the woman.

They are celebrities. They know that, without a doubt, their every move is going to be photographed. Regardless of whether or not they were on a private vacation, they both should have known that there was a huge possibility of them being photographed together and thought about the ramifications of their actions. The paps are relentless and will do whatever they have to do to get the money shot.
What really bothers me is that he has no respect for his (ex)wife and his total disregard for his children's feelings.
34That's my issue too Trixie. Also my issue with Sienna. As a woman, I would think she would have a little more decorum and respect for what those kids are going through, if not for his wife as well. Fine, if in fact B and his wife are separated, ok then. I don't agree with it, but ok. HOWEVER, with kids involved, he should not be running around with another woman who is topless, making out with her etc. all the while KNOWING that there will be shots taken of it and sent back to where his kids can see it.
35Trixie, I think its extremely unfortunate they were photographed having a private moment. Sienna actually sued/is suing the agency that took those pictures. I know they never intentionally did this to hurt anyone, I can't imagine, anyone ever wanting to do that their wife and children. This is sad. Break ups are very sad...but of course people don't stay in love and they move on. I think if people didn't focus so much on the break up and focused on the next steps in life we wouldn't feel the need to blame someone for the outcome of it. It seems his marriage was over for months...and yeah even people with children break up.

40Will I already explained about the pictures of them nude. Like I said before I am sure neither knew about the photographers and Sienna is suing them. It was NEVER meant to be disrespectful. I am sure they both deeply regret that happening.
I do know that some women go straight to that place. Its extremely bitter and people don't want the full facts, full explantion, or anything. They, like you, went directly to that place of bitterness and anger. I never said his wife was evil or his children useless. I am so scared for the people who think love last forever and the only possible way for it end is if some young tart shakes her romp in front of the husband and steals him like so many loose peanuts in bin at the super market.
People have to move on. Getty clear has, I feel bad for his wife but this doesn't have to be the end for...women think divorce=end of life...no. My question to those who think Sienna should have learned her lesson with Jude, exactly what lesson was to be learned? He was in the middle of divorce when he and Sienna got together, and Sienna left the boyfriend she was living with at the time and went straight to live with Jude. So she's the same girl now that she's always been...she needs to learn her own lessons about herself, not from somebody else. Just like right now...she was living with Rhys but broke up with him by phone and then was pictured with Getty. Getty isn't going to last any longer than anybody else has in her life, and nobody will until she sets herself straight emotionally. No man is going to do that for her.
