I sincerely hope they can work things out, if indeed the rumor of cheating on the husbands part is true. There's way too much husband cheating going on in celebrityville...seems many believe they must trade off when they become so used to the current one. This pair was, and is i hope, above that psychotic stardom belief, and into reality and a true home life for their son. Fingers crossed for them both.

I think it's probable that they've been on dinner dates and weekends in the Hamptons for their entire relationship, but now that there is a RUMOR of cheating, the paparazzi stake out their house and follow them around to make-up more stories, like, "look, they are eating out, they must be trying."

They might be completely happy, except of course for the tabloid intrusion on their life.

see i think that people should just let this couple be. i think that whatever happened in the past isn't going to really make any difference in their relationship - they've been together for so long that it's not likely that any of the chatter will come true.

I'm sorry, but I don't subscribe to the believe that you should stay with someone you despise just for the kids, so I hope they will be happy together.

I am skeptical of the cheating rumors. A month ago, Jennifer and Ben were splitting up because they were never seen together and now come to find out, she is a couple months pregnant. They obviously have been "seeing" each other. I hope this isn't true, but I can't imagine it either way. How horrible to have all this publicity on your romance, where it is good or bad?

I'm inclined to agree with Ginger and lisa on this one.

I remember her saying she doesn't buy new clothes for her son unless it's a winter coat or maybe new shoes. Most of his clothes (97%) are hand-me-downs.

i dont care really either way, but such blatant personal intrusion and gossip from so many media outlets sometimes cause perfectly happy couples to part. im beginning to feel guilty for supporting these blogs, mags, etc.

If it's true about most of her son's clothes being hand-me-downs, that seems a bit mean considering she always has the latest and greatest clothes/shoes/handbags. Share a little of the wealth there, mom. She could buy him new things and still donate them to Good Will. That would be even better.
