Kate Bosworth hit the beach on Friday with her man James Rousseau and some friends. James left the beachwear for his girlfriend in her tiny bikini, but he still showed off those shirtless model abs stripping off his flannel but keeping on his jeans. This cute couple has been laying pretty low this Summer, but we always like to see them with those big smiles frolicking around. I love her - she definately looks much healthier than she did when her relationship w/Orlando Bloom ended! She is so pretty.

25I don't think she loooks like someone who watches what they eat and works out a lot - she did in her Blue crush days but now she looks like someone who has a small frame and could stand to gain a few pounds. That being said she looks a lot healthier than she once did.
