see i think that it's kind of asking a lot of her to be private and not go out with balthy while this stuff is going on. yes it would probably make life a lot easier for a few people, but it's not her fault that rosetta is being difficult right now. yes the wife's pride is at stake, but everyone's learning the real truth now, so it's not like she's really got any 'face to save'.

I don't understand it. Why is she the one that "ruined" all? If anyone ruined anything here, it's Balthazar. Do you know his wife? Perhaps she's the one that ruined it. The conclusion is, that nobody but the three persons involved can know why this happened. If Balthazar would have loved his wife and would have been happy with her, he wouldn't have done this.

I agree with Hills and Bella. The News of The World...a British tabloid...said the BS about Sienna asking his wife to "clear her reputation." So I know thats BS. Who the ____ would do that? I think she is annoyed with press and paps...who wouldn't be. However Sienna did nothing wrong and she shouldn't feel bad about anything. He was not with his wife, they were/are broken up, they just haven't gone through with the divorce yet. It was over. No amount of paper work on this planet would make it whole again.

Please, give the girl a break! She's only in her twenties, we've all made mistakes when we were younger but we can get away with it because we're not chased 24/7 by an army of photographers. Although I definitely have issues with women that sleep with married men (thanks to one of those my parents got divorced), we should mind our own business and stop judging her so hard. I don't understand why people are defending her--or him. It doesn't matter if he and his wife had been separated for some time--the problem is that NOBODY knew that. So the insinuation when the photographs hit the press was that they were both homewreckers. Does anyone not see how shady it was that for weeks they were silent before he said that he was separated? Like it was an afterthought? She was sunbathing topless with him on a boat in a lake. Not exactly subtle. Furthermore, he has four children and is it took much to ask that both of them be respectful of those kids? And stop blaming the wife! Fact is we have no idea what cause the rift and blaming her only causes insult to injury. She's the one saddled with four kids on her own right now.

And I absolutely refuse to give her a break because she's in her twenties and bound to make mistakes. I'm in my twenties and I sure as hell know better than that. By you're twenties, you're an adult. It's time to start acting like it.

Jolien are you kidding me? They nearly hung Angie. However Brad was separated and divorce papers had been filed from his wife before there was ever any indication, besides some crap tabloid rumors they hooked up onset, that they were even a couple. I remember. Brad and Jen released a joint statement...separating in Jan and shortly after in March divorce papers were filed...and THEN there was a pic of Brad and Angie together with their son, not work related.

So Sienna is getting a total different treatment because of the way things look. Getty never said he was separated from his wife. However they are/were when he and Sienna became invloved. Its the class Soap Opera for day time TV and tabloid fodder for bored housewives and stay at home moms.

We have no clue about Balthazar and Rosetta's marriage and what went on behind closed doors. I'm starting to feel sorry for Sienna - and who knows maybe it's all her fault - but she seems to catch all the flak when we really don't know what went on.

I don't think Getty felt he had to divulge his personal life. He isn't famous, who would have cared he was separating from his wife? The show he is on, no one watches it. Who is? A no one. Until now. So its understandable why he never released a statement or said anything. Only care about him now because the woman he is with is young and attractive. Just because he isn't with his wife any more certainly doesn't diminish the love he has for his children. I am sure people wish they could have handle this better as far as the vacation but whats done is done. All they can do is move forward.

I don't agree with any cheating whatsoever, but you never even saw Brad and Angelina together until after his divorce or separation and you never saw Jude Law and the nanny together. Both Sienna and Balthazar are careless and cruel for showcasing their affair like that, especially because he has children.

As many of you, fellow PopSugar members, I KNOW for a fact that Sienna is a lovely, innocent young lady who never meant to hurt anyone. She cares for Rosetta's feelings, she totally loves and respects Balthy's children and before she innocently laid her virginal eyes on Mr. Getty she made sure that his union with Rosetta had been over for a long time.

I think we all should give them a break, especially because they are both extremely private people and those pictures were illegally taken by bllodthirsty paps probably hired by his wife.

Let's not forget, she was still pictured with Rhys as of late may. together in two weeks before she was photograhed with her tities hanging out for the world to see.

Honestly, by the time the scandal has blown over, Sienna Miller will have probably moved on. The saddest part is that children are involved...Miller does seem to always be involved with people with not only children, but young children (Jude Law, Puffy Combs, and now Getty).
