It's unfortunate that nothing is sacred to the paps. A celeb can't even attend a memorial of all things without being photographed. Gawd, can't they draw the line somewhere? Guess not.

I dont think that is true, since Bernie Brillstein died thursday night (as per Variety) and John's pics enjoying his cigar and drinks in a hot tub was taken thursday am or pm, certainly not night time. So they must have been there since Weds or even earlier.

And we even saw a smiling Jennifer going out on the same Thursday night to a Mexican orphanage fundraiser in HW and later to the Sunset Towers for drinks. so I dont think she even knew of Bernie's death that time. And before that, we have seen lots of pics of Jennifer going out and about alone without John, shopping, visiting Courtney in her house, attending a bday party, etc.

So why Jen did not join John hot tubing in her fave vacation spot Cabos of all places, and why did John not accompany her to he memorial of Bernie, is going to unfold in the coming days.

My guess, is just they are just probably lying/laying low and hopefully there is no trouble in paradise.

see i knew that people were going to jump to conclusions about these 2 since they are actually apart for once - it's not like it's abnormal to do your own thing in a relationship. i'm sure that jen had stuff to do and john had stuff to do.

in any event - it's a sad thing - all these people passing away lately - and my thoughts go out to everyone's friends and family.

She does look sad, and not too happy to have the paps there. It is disrespectful for the paps to be there photographing her. She does look great though, but then, she always does!

I like the outfit despite the sad ocasion Jen looks really good. She seems upset that the paps are there, but it is actually rare for her to smile for the paps anyway.

It is funny that people are wondering so much about John and Jen not being seen together. When they were seen together, the same people were saying she seems despearte and that it was so sad that she was following him around etc. Now that they are each doing their things it must be that there is trouble?!?

I personally don't think John is good for Jen, but I don't know neither of them so who knows. I could be wrong!!! But the truth is I would love to see Jen with a more mature man that would eventually make a commitment with her.

Good Lord- all the speculation already! Last I checked, they both had separate, unrelated careers that would make it unlikely they'd be together 24/7. Well, if the paps don't back off at a memorial, they are truly scum (not that I needed this proof).

My husband went for a weekend to visit his best friend without me! OH GOD HE'S HAVING AN AFFAIR! Okay, yes, that's a ridiculous statement right? Well so is assuming there's a problem with these two just because they're in separate places. UGH.

Usually on sad occasions, it's nice to have someone there supporting you.

Variety said Jen was one of the speakers. I kinda agree Idalia,
he just seems to imature for her. Kinda like with Vince. They
just live a totally different life style. She has never been a
partier and both of the men she has gone with have. Maybe she is
just having a good time for awhile. She has several more years to
have a baby. It's her life and I am sure she can live it the way
she wants.

Somewhere I read that they haven't been photographed together since July 27. Personally I haven't been tracking it, so I'll take their word for it.

Considering how much these two jet-set around, and he's been on the West Coast, it makes sense that people would speculate. That's two, going on three weeks apart.
