That, my friend, is a CRUISER ... and yes, we wear dresses when we ride them - sometimes even heels. We ride them "around town", to the grocery (if you have a basket on the front, for
instance), to your friend's place for a party (to ensure you don't get in trouble with the po-po after the party; although this can sometimes be a defeating exercise --- but quite humorous to
your friends, to the pizza place, you get the picture.
I have a cruiser, myself, and frequently wear a skirt while riding. I also have a road bike and a mountain bike - and NO, we don't dare wear dresses or heels on those. Only spandex shorts and
cycling shoes. But we go really fast.
