After jetting to LA on her day off to support Tom for the big red carpet premiere of Tropic Thunder last night, Katie was back in Manhattan bright and early this morning. This superwoman sure knows how to live the bicoastal life in style, keeping it casual and comfy with her skinny jeans and white top on her way to rehearsal. Maybe instead of Tom's pants Katie has moved on to wearing his shirts, although with her jet-setting ways, seems like the actress doesn't need his wardrobe to keep close to Tom.

FINALLY, she's found a pair of jeans even I hate.
1she always looks so glum and hum drum.
2The (when untucked) shirt is cute, though. And this short hair is a lot better on her than the shortest version of her bob.

9I think it's a bit crazy to assume things are going badly for her - apart from the constant press intrusion. Presumably as a clever actress she's always wanted to be in a Broadway play like this, she looks lovely, she has a gorgeous daughter, and although she turned down the biggest movie ever, the Rachel part was pretty damn awful and thankless. It's not like she needed the money. If she looks miserable it's because she has a camera in her face every single day of her life, even when her daughter is with her, even when she deliberately wears the same outfit day after day to make herself less photo-worthy. I don't know how we can look at these pictures and somehow glean that back home she lives in misery and timidity, that's just madness.

I think she does, and you have every right to think otherwise, not the right to call people "crazy" or what they think/assume "just madness" simply because they happen to have a different opinion.

22Timeless beauty!!!!!! Funny Katie stole Maggie's thunder because so many people were far impress by Katie than Maggie. To watch Maggie blown up onscreen only means there is justice in this world and many Americans smiling not only because she was lousy in the movie but because of her anti American sentiment and disrespect for the 9-11 victims and heroes of 9-11.
23She doesn't look as awful in these pictures as she has recently but she still just doesn't look cute. The jeans from before were too baggy and these are too tight. Can she get some in between jeans?

25i actually like her with this look - she's skinny for sure - i want to be able to wear skinny jeans and not feel like a beached whale. i think that it would be great if she would grow her hair out again, or maybe she could get extensions - since she really did look great with longer hair.

I've been thinking the same thing!
I really didn't like that character in either movie, but even I have to admit that Katie did a slightly better job. The character was just obnoxious either way, though.

39I agree juicy, I've been trying to tell everyone that she couldnt be wearing Tom's ANYTHING because she is taller and he is petite all around. She wouldnt fit into his SOCK.
And I wish Pop would stop mentioning that in ALL of the Katie posts. It wasnt even that funny the 1st time.

Maybe I,m the only one hasn,t seen the Dark Knight but I still find inappropriate to posts spoilers like this for a movie that has been release in less than a month.

43eveday, I merely said it was "madness" to suggest we can know what Katie's private life is like from some pap shots. I certainly couldn't take a guess. Obviously we're all going to have different opinions, but every single Katie shoot is accompanied by long strings of posts that seem to have concluded for sure that she's downtrodden and depressed.
