Jennifer Garner had Violet in her arms earlier today as they made their way into a children's art class in LA. Violet seems well on her way to being one of the best-educated tots in Hollywood — she is a frequent visitor to her local library and she even has a few masterpieces to her name. As not only smart, but also creative and artistic parents, it seems like those dimples and smile aren't the only great things Ben and Jen are passing on to their kids.
Hmmmm...sure it was "art class"...kind of looks like Jen just stepped out of the pool 
!!! All kidding aside...I loooooove this family and Jen truly gives a good name to motherhood.
That is so cute! I love that they're giving her a love of reading young, that is SO important. IF you can read well, SO many other things come easily to you!

That's really sweet. Jennifer Garner looks like a girl who has a good head on her shoulders; I'd take her over the other Jennifer any day.

She's very cute though.

i adore that kids smile. too cute. jen is an amazing, hands on mom, it's pretty clear violet is the apple of her eye. kids absorb a lot at this age, so taking her to many different activities is a very good thing. violet is going to be very well rounded.

Yet another one that's constantly posted about. My kids are younger than Violet and they'd hate me if I carried them around like that all the time.
I really do not think Violet's that cute. There are definitely cuter celeb kids (and non celeb for that matter).

I bet she's gonna be as big as a house and still carrying Violet around in her arms! That puts pressure on your belly and its bad on your back. Get a clue lady! My kids loved to walk as soon as they could and I bet Violet is tired of not being able to walk. This poor child is going to end up being lazy!

Violet is such a smiley, happy kid. I love that about her, even though I don't think she is necessarily the "cutest" celebrity baby (ok, bring on the upset Jen fans). I also like that Jen looks like a normal mom, it's so refreshing. In fact, my hair looked a little bit like hers when I went out today but it was a little bit more brushed (although she is a busy mom, so she has an excuse.

Her not walking I think has a lot more to do with Jen protecting her from the paps than anything else. Remember everyone that these pictures show ITTY BITTY little piece of these people's days. We have no idea how often Violet walks when we CAN'T see her.

Why do people always harp on about Jen carrying Violet? With the no. of posts on them you'd think this topic would be covered already. As numerous people have answered, Jen carries her kid because of the paps, and as sad and sadistic as it may sound, I've watched a vid of paps before and the aggression they exude really does not come across in photos. They are aggressive and forceful and I would not want to take any chances with my kid. Besides, kids either walk like snails or they run really fast, neither of which are really suitable in these conditions.
