Katie Holmes showed off yet another new work style in her leggings on her walk to rehearsal today. While checking out her outfits has become a daily exercise, it's especially interesting since Katie has been having more say in what she wears lately. Not only did she look fabulous at the Tropic Thunder premiere on Monday night, but she also designed the dress herself! Sounds like if the Broadway gig doesn't work out, Katie's next move could be another step toward fashion design.

12i think that she's always been some type of fashion person - cause she was in talks to do the line w/ armani. that just never panned out from what i understand.
i guess it's different when you're in rehearsals all day (morning) long so you can't really be as dressy and prim as she has been lately. it must be nice for her to get away from the norm and do what she likes most.
13But the dress she wore to Tropic Thunder was a mess! LOL. Look what people had to say about it when given the chance to vote on the look right here @ Fabsugar. I don't think she has to worry about people banging down her door for more of her "fashions". She can keep her day job. Beards are always in style.

Someone needs to tell her that the rolled up jeans were big in the 90's, not so much anymore and of course, the leggings. Leggings were two seasons ago. They make any outfit look horribly frumpy.

17Why is she keeping her arms and legs covered all the time? Skin disease, bruises, or tattoo gone wrong?
18she went for Tom Cruise because at the time he was the most powerful person in Hollywood. Now he's a joke and people even are disassociated themselves with him. I think it won't be long (after she stays the number of years or the payoff) and she will be long gone. I hope she doesn't remain the weird person she has come to be though.

32Maybe she just wants to be comfortable since she's been working non stop on this play. Before Tom ( or Victoria) her style was always simple and clean. I feel that Katie just wants a little of her old self back.
