Nicole Steers While Harlow Is the Captain of the Cute Train

How's that to put a smile on your face!? Nicole Richie took Harlow for a walk around their LA neighborhood yesterday afternoon. The munchkin rocked a tie-dyed outfit and nothing on those tiny feet while relaxing in her stroller, which is just about the most precious thing ever. Even though Joel is off on tour for the moment, we all know his daughter is the star of the show and OMG his spitting image. Aww, so much love for this little family of three.

    awww she really is adorable and i love to see nicole with her. it's funny how much babies favor one parent or another when they are little -but that's not to say that she won't look like nicole more and more as she grows up.

    To re-state what everyone has said...she looks JUST LIKE Joel. And yes, I would say she looks a lot like a little boy, but it is hard to tell at that age and I'm sure her looks will change.

    I don't think Harlow is ugly, she's just not cute. But she's in the uncute phase anyway, where you're rolling all over the place. By the time she hits 2, I'm sure she'll be good-looking.
