Doubt that Hil's engaged, she's a little young to get married. But if they are one another's true loves, that's absolutely fine!
1She doesn't have to be engaged to sport a ring on that particular finger. I do it all the time.
2I would agree with you two, but it seems like she is showing the ring off. I think she is engaged, but they have been dating only for a year right?
3A year is a lifetime in Hollywood - but she's def too young to be getting married. But who knows?
