Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were looking very happily in love, strolling hand-in-hand through LA yesterday after their big wedding on Saturday. There won't be an immediate honeymoon for these two since Ellen has to head back to work, but we're sure they'll head off on one of their romantic vacations when they get a chance. In the meantime, this week's issue of People has all the details on their ceremony, from the vegan menu to an exclusive interview with the newlyweds. As for settling down with her new bride, Ellen gushed and joked saying, "What can I say? I'm the luckiest girl in the world. She's officially off the market. No one else gets her. And now she'll cook and clean for me."

12I think it's really great that People is treating this wedding just like any other celebrity marriage. It doesn't say anything sensational like "Inside Their Lesbian Romance!" Maybe if we see enough normal, happy same-sex couples we'll start thinking of them as no different from straight couples.

23It is possible to love the couple but NOT love what they stand for.
I don't agree with same sex marriage. I personally wouldn't vote for it. But honestly, it should be legal because WHO HAS THE RIGHT to tell someone who they can and cannot fall in love with? Why should WE have the say in that?
Again, I say that you can SUPPORT someone without necessarily AGREEING with it. I support the rights of Ellen and Portia and anyone else that wants to get married. That doesn't mean that I would do it or that I agree with it.
