These costumes are from My Fair Lady with Audrey Hepburn. Leightons' is from when Eliza Doolittle meets Mr. Higgins while she's selling flowers on the street and Blakes' is when Mr. Higgins takes Eliza to the horse races for her first outing.

ZOMG! *Love* the My Fair Lady costume... probably because I did a monologue wearing the costume for a pageanty thing.

They're both dressed as Eliza. Blair just looks a bit Poppins b/c the hat's the same for both characters and they're set at the same time period. But that's def. a guttersnipe costume.
