Shia LaBeouf continued to throw himself back into work yesterday on the set of Transformers 2. Seems like he's even channeling his Indy self with the badass leather jacket. While the legal repercussions for Shia after his accident are yet to be determined, the other driver involved was cited this week and it seems a bit that the golden boy actor is going to get off scot-free. Hopefully, he has his act together after the scary incident and knowing how seriously he takes his work it's no surprise that he's already taking advantage of Michael Bay writing his injured hand into the movie.

1he'll be VERY lucky if that's the case and he gets off for the accident. i think that he's somewhat to blame, but if they are truthful, and he wasn't drinking and the other guy did run the red light - then they should be responsible
it's nice to see that shia is back to work though. the producers must be thrilled that they can get the ball rolling again with the shooting schedule.

His BAC isn't back yet.. the other driver will FOREVER be the person who caused the accident (at fault) since he ran a solid red light at high speed and hit Shia's truck completely broadside flipping it twice!
He has claimed through Bay.. that he had been drinking earlier in the evening but had gone hours and hours without drinking before driving.. his camp seems pretty confident that he will be way under the legal limit and that the DUI charge will be dropped.
But BAC's don't lie... they just take forever. So we will see.
