The hair looks weird...

I think it was Kevin Paves doing her hair last year, when she had the hissy fit and didn't want any men touching her hair, and undid his work and did it herself. Ditto with her wardrobe. She refused to wear the stomach covering outfit they got her and insisted on looking "sexy" in the bikini she brought alone.

Oh yea, forgot to add that I think she still has a crazed look in her eyes. It will be interesting to see what happens when she's no longer under conservatorship.

Also, why does she always grow so attached to one pair of shoes and constantly wear them?
It was the boots and now it is these heels. Half the time they don't even go with her outfit.

Maybe she has an obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, where one fixates on some kind of a ritual. In her case, the same item of clothing or footwear, for some prolonged duration.

I remember when she was hanging out at Paris Hilton's house and wore the same pair of shoes for several days, even though one of them broke early on. But you'd see her at a club, falling out of her dress, flashing no underwear, with the same pathetic broken shoe, night after night. There are countless stores and designers who would happily delivery shoes to a celeb, wherever they are in LA.

Bipolar typically comes with a sort of fixating behavior. I wouldn't call it obsessive compulsive, its not THAT bad but yeah, they do tend to get fixated on things. She's shown that behavior in the past with clothes, certain foods and drinks, etc.

I don't understand why her hair always looks so awful. seriously. with all the time she spends going to salons, how does it always manage to look like sh*t?

Really dig'n her weave there. I love those colors and I'm a huuuuge fan of wavy hair. (Still think she's strange.. don't like her music. but damn, I like that hair.)

I thought Kim Vo was a good hairstylist I think Britney's hair has looked sh*tty for years, at least it has been slightly improved in the past few weeks.

Anyway, I really hope it's true that Britney is going to perform at the VMAs, as long as she feels ready to kick ass and not give a half-hearted performance. It would be so amazing if she shocked us and did a killer routine, but I'm not holding my breath.
