Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner made a standard Starbucks run in LA yesterday, but it won't be a typical week for the couple. Ben will be heading to Denver soon for the Democractic National Convention, and he's already got a full schedule that includes packing food for the needy, speaking out in a forum, and playing poker for charity. We know Ben's a busy man, but hopefully he'll find time to run into our Citizen ladies?

12I LOVE them. I'm trying VERY hard to ignore the political statements they are making, but it's really starting to irritate me! I still think that celebrities should STFU about any political affiliation.

17The difference in how she's carrying COULD be because it's the 2nd child. I remember with my second EVERYONE thought I was having a girl because I carried so differently, but nope, 2 boys. LOL

Also, there are a few pics of her in dresses on the site these pics came from (I had never heard of it so I clicked the link). She wears dresses every now and then...oh and everyone makes fun of her little toe when she wears sandals so I don't blame her for wearing tennis shows

22You raise some good points longhorn! I'm happy to have her wear whatever she wants, there are enough celebs getting dressed up to get coffee. Even in a grey t-shirt, jeans and running shoes, she's beautiful!
23Why are there people in every Garner post whining about her wearing tennis shoes? This is really a case of "I really have to find something to pick on".
She's actually worn dresses out with Violet before, if your eyes can look past her shoes to realize
24I'm not even a big Jen Garner fan, but I don't understand why people criticize her clothes so much. It's her style! She is not the type who puts on tons of make-up and slips on a pair of heels just to go to Starbucks. If she doesn't like wearing dresses, then she doesn't have to. If she was wearing sweatpants to the Academy Awards, then I would be questioning her level of taste. I just get annoyed seeing people make the same comments...and it's not just in the threads about Jen. Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston are also criticized for wearing neutral-colored clothing (black, beige, white, etc.) all the time, but I think those colors are the ones that suit them the best. Hey, at least they don't dress like sluts when they are going to the supermarket *cough*HeidiMontag*cough
