Jessica Simpson showed off sexy hair but tried a bit too hard with the outfit performing at the California State Fair in Sacramento last night. Jessica's plaid and turquoise help her country look, but now she's made her entrance into the genre official by joining the Country Music Association and adding more credibility to her new sound. Country may have helped Jess pull out of a tough place, but it has also gotten her back on stage like it's the first time with her state fair tour. The next big hurdle for Jess will be when the album actually hits stores in a few short weeks on Sept. 9.

23I think the major issue she's having is that she was never that popular for her music. She had a radio hit or two among the teeneie poppers but they're grown up now. She didn't really get popular until the tv show...and then she was just famous for being stupid. Now she's famous for being divorced and kind of appearing pathetic.

A "cad" is generally a man who treats women with disrespect and dishonor, and there isn't even a dictionary definition for "caddy" that comes close to what you described it as meaning. A "caddy" is something you use to store stuff in, or a boy who carries your golf stuff around for you.
