Katie Holmes looked ready for Fall with her long sleeve black top and scarf on the way to rehearsals today in Manhattan. The actress's walk to work has become a drive thanks to all the photographers, but don't worry, we still get our daily Katie fix. Meanwhile, more bad news for Tom Cruise and Valkyrie — a group of extras from the movie are filing a $12 million lawsuit against Tom and United Artists after sustaining injuries from a faulty truck. Hopefully Tom's many future movie options will have better luck than this seemingly doomed flick.

Count me out as being worried about getting my daily Katie fix. At least today's outfit is better than what we've seen so far. I can go the next couple of months without Katie.

2Yet another ridiculous lawsuit against Tom Cruise, probably won't even get off the ground, but of course people make out-landish lawsuit claims as he's a soft target for the media. Film productions have something called insurance and contracts to protect themselves over alleged 'injuries'.

4i'm sure that the production company had insurance on the set since that's what they do these days if there's stunts etc going on. i'm sure that tom won't have to pay anything and that the insurance policy will cover it all. people should realize that claiming $12 mill in damages won't get you anywhere.

A lovely lady and all this lawsuit rumors on Cruise are nonsense filler gossip. This is old news and decided to drop this months before because those extras didnt close the truck door themselves.

Does anyone remember the days when Katie would smile while biting her tongue? What happened to that smile??? I guess that was before she was "Kate". She seemed so happy back then.

23Mayeb- I was just thinking the same thing! Usually I don't give much thought to rumors about stars and their marriages (though obvs. Tom Cruise has displayed just how crazy he is, that isn't in doubt) but Katie truly looks unhappy. I was just thinking, "didn't she used to be a smiley girl?" I mean, maybe she is just sick of paparazzi being around all the time, and it has nothing to do with her marriage, but you would think she's checked out the photos online and anyone (except posh of course) would realize they look better when they smile. At least occasionally. These photos actually make me sad.
24she's a sweetie. Im a fan of her hair,purse and shoes. Im thinking of cutting my hair too even when my boyfriend and brothers tease me as a little boy.

She looks miserable. Like she got trapped to marry a 45 year old and now she is regretting it. I feel nothing but sorry for her. She is no role model.
