Heidi Montag greeted the paparazzi with open arms while shopping with Spencer Pratt today at Gelson's grocery store in LA. The couple shopped and smooched, and Spencer checked out Heidi's melons for a photo shoot almost as ridiculous as her new music video. They even had a fake sword fight with gift wrap, a little reminiscent of their virtual knockout match. With these two attention-seekers, it's no wonder LC thinks Heidi and Spencer chase after drama.
