Britney Spears arrived at her Marina del Rey gym looking a little subdued yesterday afternoon for yet another workout. The routine can of course get a little mundane even with all those endorphins running, and with the news of another lame tell-all, it's no surprise she's not looking her most sunny. At least all the outpouring of desire for her to perform at the VMAs has to help put a smile on her face. Hopefully she'll still pull out something great for the red carpet, and who knows, maybe finally get her chance to walk on stage and accept that long-coming moonman.

It's gone in this picture, but Bri, can you imagine what the paps are probably yelling at her in these pictures? "Britney, talk about the tell all" "Britney, are you doing ok?" etc etc. That would take the sparkle out of MY eyes too.
I've seen others where she's all sparkly. Especially when her boys are around.
4I'm not one for plastic surgery when your still under 30, but she seriously needs a mini face lift or something. Too much alcohol/stress I guess.

7Oh boy, that look around her eyes is the way she looked when she was tanking. If she really is bipolar, perhaps she's struggling a with depression right now (as qualified as I am to psychoanalyze, from a photo no less, ha; but it does remind me of the same look). I just can't shake the feeling that she is far from out of the woods - and given the severity of her issues, probably never will be. I'm glad she wasn't given primary custody of her children.

16Brit doesnt look well to me.I have been saying it for some time.I hope she drops the desperate try by everybody around her to make her a huge comback and instead focus on herself,trying to setle and be healthie.THats what she needs.The more days passes the more i get reminded of the Brit just before the breakdown./I do wonder who decided her parents are the best for her.They use her heavily too.

19I don't think she looks dead in the eyes... she looks like "trying to ignore you now". I get that look when I go to the mall and those people in the kiosks try to talk you into letting them put lotion on your hands.
20Oh MAN I hate those people monday! I call them the "Spray Nazi's" LOL If you don't want it, you get it anyway! The ones with the perfume are the WORST!
21She looks VERY depressed. Anyone remember the Matt Lauer interview years ago when she burst into tears? She was depressed then, and I think she still is today. It took long enough for her parents to help her, and it was probably a good move, but just keeping her busy alone won't help her deal with any issues. Let's hope she's getting some therapy, too...

25i agree she's looking a little less than excited right now - but i guess it could be for any number of reasons. i'm sure that boredom of the same thing all the time is part of it - but she has to be happy that you can see definite results in her appearance - that's a plus from it right?

31There isn't really a logical reason why she would put so much work into her body and not into her appearance (cute hair, make-up, etc). I think she is still depressed, but everyone is expecting her to "come back," so she is trying to put on a happy face. A lack of interest in your physical appearance and hygiene is a major indicator of depression. In my opinion, the media and the public are just setting her up to fail again.

33and i hope parents wouln't do pressure to her to make a great come back. whem someone is depressed, being busy helps. but not pressure. she couls be busy and, for exemple, helping others. i heard it helps those who had problems. dealing with people who have even more problems. And away from Hollywood. it must be horrible never be alone... poor girl and poor kids

35ok, I see a bra again for the second day in a row..beggers can't be choosers so I won't completely knock her...I just saw some tranny drag queen on America's Got Talent the other night and performs as Britney...dude looks better than she does as herself...I think that made sense lol
36Day to day life is probably a huge letdown to her after so many years on the road, traveling to interesting places, with people at your beck and call 24/7 and fans worshiping her.
Real life, where you get up in the same house every day and deal with the same family members like most of the world does is not nearly as exciting.
37Britney looks more fit than ever, I hope she keeps it up. And change up her damn hairstyle.

39There are plenty of people, famous or not, who look less-than-thrilled at times. Maybe it's the photogs or just a bad day or who knows. If she's happy, she's too happy; if she looks sad, it's a crisis. It never ends.
