Reese Witherspoon looked adorable in her halter dress as her role as Avon Global Ambassador took her to Brazil yesterday as part of its "Speak Out Against Domestic Violence" campaign. Reese has become a world traveler for Avon's causes, and this time she spoke about abuse affecting all women and, as a small gesture with big meaning, gave the Avon charity bracelet to a woman who is a paraplegic as a result of domestic violence. It's always wonderful to see Reese's commitment to her role, and we'll see more of her big heart when she joins other celebs at Stand Up to Cancer.

Reese had a friend who has battled breast cancer, would this issue not be close to her heart? I know all you like to see is PR and money, but she's a human being. Maybe it's time to give up the grudge you have against her for whatever reason. It'll probably make you a happier person.

25reese is one of those spokespeople that you know will have longevity. lately you see that someone is signed onto a brand in the hopes that there will be a positive impact and there's often nothing good from it. with reese - she's been with avon for a long time and i think that she's able to reach normal women all around the world with whatever she's asked to talk about.

32A paraplegic as a result of domestic violence? that's awful. It really scares me what some people do to someone they are supposed to love and care for.
Who cares if Reese is being paid or not just focus on the message this campaign is sending. I know she gets paid to do their advertisements and her airfares/accommodation for these events are taken care of but I don't know if she'd be paid for charity event.
