Lindsay Lohan took a break from filming Ugly Betty in NYC yesterday to unwind with cigarettes and Samantha in NYC after the massive amount of drama that her father has been fueling in the past couple of days. After LL lashed out at him on her MySpace blog, her father answered back, blaming Dina for his suspicions about Samantha and saying that he's already got a TV special in the works to expose Dina for being a hypocrite. Here's a taste of what he wants to say:
"I've never taken or earned one penny from my daughter. Meanwhile, all the people around her, including her mother, are earning money off of her. They want publicity. They're there for self-serving reasons. I didn't have my own reality TV show. As far as I'm concerned, Samantha Ronson doesn't exist. I've met her. She can't even look in my eye. She knows I know what she's all about . . . She's controlling. Sooner or later, her relationship with Samantha will fall apart, and I'm sure Lindsay will come back someday and say, 'Daddy, you were right all along' — just like she did with so many other people in her past. I'm not holding out hope. I know she will."
Unfortunately, LL's family sadness doesn't end there. Her grandfather passed away yesterday, which has already brought more anger from Michael regarding Dina and their children. To top it all off, her uncle was sentenced to a year in prison for fraud. Lindsay seems to be staying busy with work and Samantha through it all, but unfortunately it looks like the Lohan family drama is here to stay.

7I actually think he is the most sane of that entire family, maybe besides that little boy. Yes he should stop talking to the media but I don't think he has any other way of getting to his kids except through that route. I know a lot of people seem to think that LL is back on the the right track but come on her dad has a point. She has gone from making $7 million a movie to less than $1 million a movie. If anyone can honestly look at Samantha and not think cokehead or druggie you need to start using naive as a good descriptive term of yourself. I bet Miss Lohan never ever stopped using substances even in those so called rehab/spas she went to.

14saying that he is the most sane in the family OTHER than the fact that he is talking to the media makes no sense -- whether he is 'sane' in real life or not that is 110% overshadowed by the fact that he talks about his daughter's life negatively to every media outlet he can find. to me that is the opposite of sanity, not just a side note.
you think saying sam isn't a cokehead is naive, well check out saying 'it's the only way michael can talk to them' that is probably the most naive thing i've heard in a considerably long time. it's obvious he is doing this for money, spill your guts to ok magazine and get a hefty check -- easy cash. i'm sure if he was trying to reach out to them he wouldn't be publicly slandering them. and also, what does how much money lindsay is offered for a movie have anything to do with anything?

28Oh gosh, poor Lindsay. She finally seems to be getting her sh*t together, and her father pulls this crap. Yeah, Sam was there when Lindsay was slumped over the wheel, getting DUIs and doing tons of coke. But people change, and even if Sam had been a bad influence on LL, she does seem to be doing better now. And as for thinking that Sam is hanging onto LL's coattails; the Ronsons are pretty popular siblings amongst a certain set of hipster/socialites on the East Coast. Sure, maybe Sam didn't have Hollywood fame, but I seriously doubt she wanted or needed LL to increase her celeb exposure. Regardless, Michael Lohan has just consistently been unsupportive of his daughter, it's so sad.

I've always questioned moms like Dina, Lynn (Britney Spears) they seem so desperate to push their kids to fame and get advantage of it. Why didn't you try to succeed by yourself and be you the one who provided to your family, instead of having your kids make the money.
