Heidi and Spencer strolled down the track hand in hand at Sunday's NASCAR Pepsi 500 race in Fortana, CA. Thankfully there weren't any cars zipping around at that moment, but when it came time for the competition, Heidi waved the flag and the affectionate couple took their seats — Heidi on Spencer's lap, naturally — to watch the race. Heidi actually acted a bit like the voice of reason on last night's episode of The Hills, but no worries because in real life things are still sunshine and rainbows for this nauseatingly photo-happy duo.

7Have you noticed on The Hills we less of Heidi now and more of Spencer with his sister. I hope Spencer will pull his head out of his azz and make peace with Stephanie. I thought she was ready to grab the book she gave him and cold-cock him with it for his remark to her. Granted he has a beef with Lauren, but still he shouldn't let his hate for Lauren come between him and Stephanie.
