I personally believe she didn't break up his marriage and that he and his wife Were separated before he started to see her. They also have the right to go wherever they want if he and his wife were separated before he started to see Sienna. Being picture with Sienna topless with him is what was wrong because he shouldn't want his kids to see that.... but those picture weren't really taken in a public place. They were on a balcony... not like a beach or someplace like that. I guess they weren't really thinking.

We don't know these people personally or the circumstances. But in any marriage, separated does not mean divorced. If you are separated, then you are off-limits. Get the divorce and some emotional healing first before moving into another relationship.
If not, then whatever issues the person had in the marriage will surface in the new relationship.

I can say that 95% of the time, from my own research, relationships that start this way don't last especially if you are in the public.

Ugh, enough with calling the poor girl a slut. She started a dating a man who is separated. no one knows the real story except them. Furthore, YASUME, there are no set rules for separation. Sometimes separated couples date, sometimes they don't. Almost everyone I know who has been separated has started dating immediately. The whole point is to be away from you spouse and explore other options.

But seriously, I'm really sick of seeing this. I don't think Sienna Miller gets enough credit because of her tabloid status. Despite being in magazines with all those other starlets, she really is a talented actress and designer (I adore everything I have ever bought from twenty8twelve). She has always avoided big blockbusters and gone for art films--she was FANTASTIC in "Interview."

To me the media and everyone making judgments on Sienna and Getty, need to back off. As far as their relationship goes, that is their business not ours or anyone elses to attack them. If Sienna and Getty want to look for a private place, Switzerland would be a good choice. Alot of celebrities move there to get away from paps and attention. Though it would be colder than a trolls butt there, plus Getty would gain a second belly button, but at least they would have some peace, plus they would have more privacy then living over there than living in places like london, los angeles and new york. Plus no pap would dare want to sit or stand out in the cold snow of Switzerland to get a pic. From what I hear the swiss have strict privacy laws that would forbid any pap roach from trying to snag a pic of someone.

getty and his wife where not separated they attended the LA ANTIQUE SHOW OPENING PARTY ON THE 23RD APRIL PHOTO'S ON WIREIMAGE.personally i don't care what they do, but the way getty conducted himself after the photo's in italy leaves a lot to be desired. he humiliated his wife and in a way his children, who must have heard or seen something in the papers.the flaunting of his relationship was heartless and cruel and miller was to blame as well.i try not to read too much in the papers, but if you look back on interviews etc and facts like photo's you get a clearer picture.one thing i read in a interview where miller said"monogamy's weird, it is an overrated virtue, lets face it we are all animals. so if getty strays again, he will be alright.

separated or not- it didn't show much class or sensitivity to be frolicking around on the beach and on a boat with her topless- especially after topless pics had already leaked out a week earlier- so he can't claim he didn't know. he should be thinking of his children. and even if they were separated, he could have shown a little more respect for the mother of his children. also, sienna could have kept her top on! i mean she seemed to just be flaunting it. yea we will never know what really happened but the whole sitch just leaves me with a bad taste!

I disagree. If you want to explore other options, then divorce first. Separation is a time to get some personal issues in order. I think that some people just can't handle being alone.

That's my take on it and we have a difference of opinion. So I will leave it at that.

Come on people this is getting out of hand. Sure we have the right to express our opinions and whatnot, but geez Miller is a human being like the rest of us and makes mistakes like the rest of us. We have no right to judge nor call her anything when none of us have a perfect record. If we slam her, then we might as well slam ourselves too for all the mistakes we have made in regards to relationships and men. As for their relationship, that is their business not ours to make judgement calls on. How would you feel if you made the same mistake as Sienna and ended being called derogatory names? Before any of you think I am joining camps, well I'm not. I,m saying before you make a judgement about her or anyone else that has made a mistake like hers, think back toward the mistakes you made and how you felt after people slammed you for your screw up. royalmossblue yes you may be right, but he was still living at home, unhappy marriage or not, but it will all come out soon enough, still have no time for him or her come to that. there is a lot more to this story than we know. but to me the children are the one thing both parents should be thinking about. and to me, just my opinion (iam allowed to have one) getty has not thought much about his children all the time he was in prague and italy with miller.
