The Lachey Brothers went out on the town, Parc nightclub to be exact, in LA this week. Drew's wifey made the trek out (and left the baby at home, I imagine) but Vanessa didn't. There were recent rumblings of trouble in that paradise, but it sounds like things are on more solid ground these days. In fact, the two were seen out shopping at Petit Tresor this week (they both have siblings with kids) and last weekend Vanessa was talking babies (and wearing a vaguely maternity looking dress). Not making any assumptions, nor am I in the habit of rumor pregnanting celebrities. Just saying.

12I think it is! My sister in law last summer started swimming, and she actually started to lose weight when she was 8 months pregnant because of it.

13It's also supposed to make your labor much easier if you are already in shape and working out during your pregnancy.
14Yeah, we should all def. rag on her because she hasn't lost all of her baby weight a year after she had the kid. You know, she's not in the media spotlight all the time so maybe she doesn't feel like starving herself. Or maybe she has been taking care of the NEWBORN BABY and hasn't had time to go to the gym every single day. This culture makes everyone who is not 98 pounds feel inadequate, why is that exactly? I don't think we should be bashing her because she does not weigh 98 pounds.

16BTW, isn't the goal of pregnancy to gain weight to support the fetus growing inside of you? Why would you want to lose weight by working out excessively during pregnancy?

Not excessively ashley. I think its fine to work out some when you are pregnant. It does help you with your pregnancy. It also makes yourself feel better. Taking walks and swimming around in a pool is not something that I would call excessive.
Its not like anyone said when I'm pregnant I am going to gym, getting on the eliptical for 2 hours, lifting weights, and then running a couple miles.

18ashleyk4214- We were not bashing her! We just said that she had the baby a year ago and thought she would be back to her normal self by now. I'm not 98 pounds nor do I want to see ANYONE that skinny because that's extremely unhealthy.
Also, no one said that you should work out excessively! We all know that doing that could harm the baby. Don't turn this into something it's not!
