Katie Holmes looked ready to work, Starbucks in hand, on her way to rehearsals in Manhattan today. While she's spending her days working on All My Sons, Katie's been getting praise from her Eli Stone costar for the singing and dancing skills we'll get to see in her upcoming guest spot. Meanwhile, rumor has it Tom is secretly screen-testing Valkyrie across the country, even though it isn't set to release until Dec. 26. With all the trouble Tom's been having with the film, it's probably good to get a quiet head start, and maybe some of Katie's good luck will rub off on him.

I mean moving the release date back and forth and back again - to Valentine's Day weekend, because so clearly it's a date movie - not!, to Christmas - because it's so clearly about the feast of love, oh wait, wrong again...
And now test screening this in Nevada? Where - Area 51, maybe? Having minions report back it's a suspense thriller? Please! It's something that happened 64 years ago, and everyone who had a few history lessons about WW II should have heard about it - and people are calling this "suspense"? As in "when will the movie be over"?
Tom, take your spaceship and go away, and don't forget to take all the other $cientoCrazies with you!

My predictions are not very high for Tom's Hitler movie either. For one thing, it opens the same day as 'Reservation Road' with Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet (first time since Titanic!) There's a lot of competition from some very good films that month. I think they should have played it safer and left it at the prior date of release. I'm not sure if people are ready to take him seriously in such a dramatic role again--we've seen and know much too much of his odd personal life!

15i like that we get to see katie every day - yes it's a boring walk to the theater but what can you expect. she's a working mom - so all she does is work and play with suri. ]
as for the movie & tom - i guess he's just trying to guage success of the movie and be strategic about it. with everything that was invested to produce it and everything that's at stake - it makes sense for him to preview it around the country.

it looks like a top from Juicy i was just looking at and considering buying. and well maybe she's just trying to put baby bump rumors to rest by showing her tummy! i'd wear it with a bra out at night- in daylight i'd stick to a tank.
