Ashlee Simpson looked classic in her denim and white, rocking a pair of those maternity jeans she loves so much, out at La Scala in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. She's been all about the casual wear during her pregnancy, but this weekend she and her growing baby bump will take the stage at the VMAs. Whether or not she'll walk the red carpet with Pete, he's always happy to gush about his expecting wife, which (sorry to say it) comes off a lot better than the other Simpson girl story this week about Jessica's nickname for Tony.

12i love everything about her! her hair color is different from everyone else in hollywood, but not outrageous. and i think she looks cute no matter what she wears. she's just one of those pretty pregnant ladies that rock what ever they have on...whether it's a maxi dress or jeans and a shirt.

14She just irks me for some reason, I used to like her on The Ashlee Simpson Show but she started annoying me after awhile. I'm really curious as to what Pete and Ashlee are going to name their child. I have a feeling it's going to be something "deep" and emo-like.
