The Kids' Choice Awards fun isn't over yet! Oh no, it would be remiss of me not to post some pictures of the backstage fun. Especially since the sliming gives a sort of "Wet T-Shirt Contest" feel to the whole event... but why, oh why, did they leave Orlando dry? (Sorry, this Orlando love has become a bit of a issue.) Seriously though, since when is Steve Carell so jacked? It's nice to see that Nicole Kidman has the sense of humor and is willing to sully her outfit by hugging slimey Tobey and Steve. The winners also proved that there are endless ways to pose with little orange blimps. Good times.

5I'm pretty sure they understand that kids are a huge part of their fan base. Sure, Vince Vaughn may have an older target audience, but what's wrong with him having fun as a kid for a night?
It's a fun night. I'd think they were pretty stuck up if they didn't get involved with it.

Greggie, you aren't a parent are you? Your opinion is in my opinion of one who see's no problem because they've never had to make the decision about what or who is or isn't of benefit in their childs life. Vince Vaughn may be popular fair for a kid 18, but not one 10, 12, 14 "in my house."
8Nicole looks so uptight and elegant that she cant pull off the tiny grungy t-shirt and faded skinny jeans look.. weird.. i dun mean this in a bad way cos i like her.. maybe she shd change her hair and make up and loosen up a bit..
9I am a parent, yes. And I did say Vince Vaughn has an older fan base than the Kids Choice Awards, just that I don't think it's immature that he went and had fun with it.
You are certainly entitled to make choices for your kids, and I don't think it's unrealistic or overprotective to have them not watch this. I just think it's unrealistic to not expect this stuff on evening Nickelodeon.

18Man, I am going to have to start paying more attention to Orlando, and quite possibly Steve C.! Oh, and slime kind of smells like apples and plastic. The smell sticks to you, too! When I was in undergrad, Nickelodeon sent little containers of slime to us because they were testing it and thinking of making it a goopy toy-like thing....Not sure why they sent it to college students, but we got free slime!
