17I've never figured out why people like to hate Jessica Simpson so much. She seems really sweet and seems to care about what she's doing and even though I don't care that much for country music, I'll listen to a few of the songs. I've always had a soft spot for her!

23I will probably buy it. The stuff they've played on my station so far has been great and gotten some really good reviews. If people would get past her and just listen to the music, I think they'd like it. That's if they can be honest with themselves.
It is possible to like the music but not the singer. Dixie Chicks are a prime example. I cannot STAND those women, friggin' heathens. However their early music was awesome and I own those. Everything they've made since the "I'm embarassed" debacle though as been crap.
