We're not sure which came first, this CBS Early Show performance yesterday morning or her Today Show appearance the same morning, but you wouldn't know from looking at her that she had to do a quick wardrobe and hair change in between. You also wouldn't know from looking at her that there's a big annoyance in her life these days. The man whose lawsuit against Beyonce and her mother was thrown out of court last week isn't going down without a fight. Page Six reports:
"I'll never give up, because I know I'm right," he told Page Six. The judge ruled that Walker's oral agreement - giving him a 10 percent commission for setting up the $15 million deal that created the company - wasn't worth the paper it wasn't printed on. "The judge was star-struck," Walker said. And the Knowleses are subconsciously racist, he added. "I believe if I was white, I would have been paid."
Um...what? We find it hard to believe this newest development will go anywhere. Some people will do anything for a little publicity.

16I find it ridiculous that people put so much energy into hating this woman! She can decide tomorrow not to do another thing and be set for the rest of her life! How many of us can say the same. I think it takes extreme talent and diligence to accomplish what she has. Especially when people try so hard to knock you down.
Believe me, I'm a fan-but I do think its time for her to take a break. It does become overkill at some point. That's with any artist that continues to give you hit after, hit and appearance after appearance. I'd like to see to something or someone different from time to time.

after reading all the comments i'm shocked how many people think beyonce is fat. i agree Marci this is why so many people suffer from eating disorders and why i hear all my teenage friends complain about their weight situation. It's so sad- i hate hearing my friends talk about how they wish they were smaller. It's disgusting i wish people who accept all sizes.

I think she is a beautiful girl, but her business stuff has been disappointing me lately. I really didn't like her new songs, her performances and videos have the same thrash dance in them (you are NOT Tina Turner), and I am not digging her clothing choices.
I also am tired of her possession/money focused music. Why does every song include so much about what she can buy?
