Matthew McConaughey was out with friends in Santa Monica before getting dressed up in all denim to join Camila Alves and his costars for another premiere of Surfer, Dude. Matthew was hitting the airwaves from all angles yesterday — he also visited LA's NPR station to play a few of his favorite songs as part of their Guest DJ project. Matthew and his familiar drawl are no stranger to voice work since he just recorded some spots for a Baby Longhorns DVD, so Matthew was probably a natural on air.

i don't know why i thought that this movie was out already - but i guess i was wrong - i saw him on leno last night and he was really funny! it's kind of interesting to hear him talk about camilla and what she does and then talk about marriage and how he's not planning to get married anytime soon. how Hollywood is that?
i hope that his movie does well - it's got a fun cast and the scene that i saw of it - well it looks better than even i expected...and there's actually a storyline to it which i didn't know.
1Oh geeee, he doesn't know that all denim is a big fashion no-no!! My husband will wear denims, denim shirt and denim jacket and think it's cool but soooo not cool (unless it's 2 pieces that are part of the same outfit). Didn't Camilla know that??

5It just bugs me that his girlfriend obviously made an effort to look decent, and he doesn't at all. Blah. I mean, both my boyfriend and I are pretty casual, and when we go out, I do tend to dress up more than he does, but this is taking that a little far...
6I don't have a lot of fashion "rules", but denim on denim is definitely one of them. Along with NO jean shorts for men. Ever.
