Rachel Bilson had a girls' day with her mother yesterday, stopping at bookstores and trying on jewelry at Cake Boutique in Los Feliz. The budding designer has skipped Fashion Week [1] so far, but she's been keeping busy with her social life. Last weekend Rachel threw a Vegas bachelorette party [2] for Josh Schwartz's fiancee before the possible run-in with Adam Brody [3] at the wedding. We're used to long breaks between seeing Rachel and Hayden together, but Rachel always does just fine independent.
