Matthew McConaughey flashed a smile after a workout of running and biking around Malibu yesterday in preparation for the triathalon on Sunday. Surfer, Dude is out today and while he didn't hit the waves to celebrate, he recently revealed how much he enjoyed staying shirtless throughout the film. Matthew said, "When I'm lucky enough to be in a place where I don't have to wear a shirt and shoes, I don't. It's to pop the bubble and go 'Guess what? Now I'll do it the whole movie.'" On Sunday we'll see if he gets to keep up his shirtless streak for the race — now, we wonder who will get a better time in the race, Matthew or Jennifer Lopez?

2Anyone else sick of him?Cause i used to be such a fan but now iam sick of him.
3YES, KatiaD, yes.
4I agree with Katia too!
5But he's not bad to look at
With her supposed "foot injury" what's the betting that Ms.Lopez opts out of this race?
6nice ass.
7front parts a little lacking it seems
^ nope Lucy she's doing the race, her rep said that it's a minor injury and that she will be able to make it.
8well at least he's honest about loving the way that he looks and all that right? he's got the body to flaunt and he's happy to do it. i think that it's great he's participating in a triathalon and i'm sure that we'll hear more about it after the weekend. as for his movie - i saw a clip on the tonight show the other day and it doesn't look half bad
9J Lo's injury is so minor that she can compete in a triathlon this weekend, but couldn't sit and judge a fashion show? That sounds like a big 'dis to Heidi Klum.
10he gives me the willies
11So what he likes to exercise a lot, I feel the same way. Perhaps everybody would feel differently about him if the only pictures avaliable of him did not involve exercise. I like seeing what he is up to. I think he is a passable actor, but seems like a great guy. He is good looking and a free spirit, and hopefully that will never change. Good luck MM in the triatholon!
