Matthew McConaughey flashed a smile after a workout of running and biking around Malibu yesterday in preparation for the triathalon [1] on Sunday. Surfer, Dude [2] is out today and while he didn't hit the waves to celebrate, he recently revealed how much he enjoyed staying shirtless [3] throughout the film. Matthew said [4], "When I'm lucky enough to be in a place where I don't have to wear a shirt and shoes, I don't. It's to pop the bubble and go 'Guess what? Now I'll do it the whole movie.'" On Sunday we'll see if he gets to keep up his shirtless streak for the race — now, we wonder who will get a better time in the race, Matthew or Jennifer Lopez?
