Leo and Tobey Suit Up For Service Summit

Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio were spotted a few weeks ago relaxing together in Hawaii, and yesterday the friends were both at the Service Nation Summit at Columbia in NYC. The boys weren't the only famous duo to stop by the event encouraging people to give back — John McCain and Barack Obama both appeared yesterday. As for Tobey who took the podium with Leo there to cheer him on, it's been all but officially confirmed that he and director Sam Raimi are about to sign on for two more sequels of Spider-Man. Production for the films wouldn't even begin until a year from now, which gives Tobey plenty of time to focus on changing the world with the help of his friend Leo.

To see more of Tobey and Leo, just read more.

My boys love Spiderman...just don't scare the crap out of their mother this time! The Venom creature...goodness!
I love Leo for all he does, he's a great actor and a generally good guy. Glad to know he has friends who help. (And my gosh, he looks a lot like my late uncle...so I guess I'm biased too;)

    Ouch! CaterpillarGirl!

At least they are trying to do something worthwhile with their fame. Not like the majority of hollywood who is just a large group of useless douchebags.

I prefer Maguire over Leo. Maguire looks like Jude Law on this shots. More Spiderman works for me but the script needs some tweaking and change Dunst.

I am with you - enough of the spiderman movies already...unless of course, they add Leo to that cast....

Maguire looks like Jude Law???? Hilarious! He has no lips - typical hen's hole for a mouth, and looks more like Gollum than Jude Law. He's probably a nice guy, but in terms of appearance he's a creepy little dweeb. DiCaprio on the other hand, looks positively dashing like the world class hunk he must surely is.

well leo has always been one to support anything that environmentally savvy so this is no surprise - although it's kind of new that toby is involved.

as for the spider man thing - i guess it's good for him that he's signed on to do at least 2 more movies- i just don't know if there's really that much more that they can do with the franchise. i don't know if there's enough depth to the alter ego side of him that would keep people coming back but i guess we'll just have to wait and see right? the movie did gross a LOT of money and dollar signs are usually what guide people on their decisions to do sequels.

Leo, a world class hunk, thanks for the laugh. I haven't guffawed that hard in ages. Next time furnish a disclaimer that states "the following sentences capture hyperbole in it's truest form." Then I won't be taken by suprise LOL.
