When I worked retail I had 2 of those every day! I know they are terrible for you but there are worse things she could be having. I dont think she looks like she is smuggling it, it looks like she has two hands and is carrying it.

If she didn't get the whipped cream on top it wouldn't be so bad. Sometimes I get coffee coolatta's from DD and I never get whipped cream--TOO much!

Sometimes you just need that extra kick. We have this place here in town called Steakburger. If you EVER come here, YOU HAVE to try these burgers! OMG they are the best. I've travelled all over the country and NEVER found a burger that was as good as these. Anyway, the point is eating there will screw up your calorie intake for the whole day. You're going to have to drink water and LOTS of it to make up for it. But OMG it's soooooooooooo worth it. I allow myself to eat there once a month because it's my treat. Likely, that's exactly what she's doing here.

I usually just drink unleaded Red Bull... but I break down on Sundays and head out to Starbucks. Everyone gets a cheat day.

I do the light Frappuccinos. Even on Weight Watchers those only took up a few points, even when I added whipped cream to them. They're not necessarily 1/3 of your day's calories, and even if they are, big deal. Once in awhile you just eat veggies the rest of the day in order to indulge.

Leave her frappucinos alone! They are sooo good...I have them a few times a week and I'm not hideously overweight. It's all about moderation.
