Heidi Montag turned 22 yesterday and celebrated exactly how you would expect, with cake, balloons, champagne, and new shoes in the park before a trip to the jewelry store for some bling. Sadly, none of Heidi's other friends joined in the fun. While some of you may be lagging on your love for The Hills, last night's episode was kind of exciting (finally). Between the scandalous missing text messages and covert lunches, the drama even overshadowed the beauty and fashion for once. In fact, the ending left things a little open-ended — despite LC's denial that it would ever happen — about the possibility of a Lauren/Heidi reunion. Both girls have had a lot to say about each other this year, but is a reconciliation in their future?

2Okay gang - on behalf of all of us who complain to Pop about how much we hate all Heidi & Spencer post and how we would like to see them go away - let's please just not comment either way on these two knuckle heads!!!
Who am I fooling? Pop gets a kick out of torturing us!! These two will NEVER go away....their 15 minutes have officially turned into 20 minutes. I give up - I need to just learn to like them.

19I didn't realize she was only 22. I turned 22 back in June. It's strange to see people my age in totally different places. I know she's a celebrity and I'm not..but still. I typically can't stand her but you gotta give her something for making the money she does and standing on her own 2 feet at her age.

41None of Heidi's friends joined in on the fun because she has no friends! She only has Spencer. Seriously, does she not watch her own show? He treats her, her (former) friends, and even her family horribly. I don't see how she can stand it. I remember during the first season of The Hills, Heidi was actually cute and fun. Now all she does is tell Spencer to "please be nice". I am so sick of seeing them together in staged pictures. Ugh.
