well - anyone should regret breaking up with her. she's never seemed like the type to go crazy or anything - she's got a good career and a strong head on her shoulders. it's nice to see that she's really doing well these days and i hope that she finds someone who wants the same things that she does soon.

Let's not forget she has years and years (and is currently) cigarette smoking to contribute to that "perfectly toned" bod. I find nothing about her body to aspire to--cancer sticks and tanning. No thanks. It's funny--watching Mad Men makes me appreciate a normal woman's body, not this handbag's.

She looks great to me. She is in good shape and takes care of
her self. I haven't seen a picture of her smoking in a long
time. In Flordia there were some on the table but they weren't
her brand. She seems to be happy, busy and not worrying about
whether she has a man or not. Sometimes they aren't worth the
trouble.

there's nothing wrong with being healthy or toned...and that comes in a variety of sizes like Serena Williams who is larger yet very athletic...I think what they/we are speaking of is the inner health, the smoking and artificial tanning which both...cause cancer. So we're saying Jennifer, Stand Up.

Methinks we have a defector from JJ's site on this thread. Perhaps? I hate to break it to you, but cigarettes will not tone your body. Only exercise does that. They might curb your appetite a bit or distract you from eating, but toned does not happen that way. This woman looks pretty damn good.

I might be wrong but I figured the poster meant exactly that. Cigarettes curbs appetitate, means you eat less, means you take less calories.
I often see people spending 3 minutes of their lunch break eating a small sandwich real quick and the remaining 57 minutes they go outside smoking.

Skinny is not the same thing as toned. You can be skinny and not toned at all - just making the distinction, sweets. I know plenty of fat smokers too, btw.

It takes alot of discipline to stay in good shape.I give her credit for sticking with it and keeping herself toned.Forty will look great on her.

You people crack me up! She does look a bit like bacon in workout clothes. And ewww on the cigarettes. I know lots of people who look good but their lifestyles (tanning, partying) and eating habits (cigarettes, lots and lots of coffee) are terrible. Don't judge a book by its cover, I guess.

I know you can be skinny and not toned. But it's hard if not impossible to SEE/SHOW the result of your strenght training and LOOK toned when you have a lot of body fat.

Jennifer Aniston's body wasn,t always like that and she didn't achieve her athletic just by lifting weights and doing yoga. Like everybody she had to make a diet (The Zone in her case).

first off, i wish she would stop tanning. if she did it less often, i wouldn't see the problem but she's always tan and that's not good unless it's natural. that being said, she's fit and looks great.

secondly, quitting smoking is VERY difficult. my father tried to do it for years (30+) and it wasn't until he coughed up some black tar-like crap that he stopped cold turkey. and my sister has been trying for years, too, and no go. and we have had relatives who have had cancer and one who died from it so it doesn't make them hypocritical.

so, one can be behind the cancer cause and still smoke. it's an addiction that's particularly difficult to shake. give the girl a break...

and i agree with ames. i have seen a lot of skinny girls with cellulite. skinny doesn't = toned...

She always seems to get more hard-bodied after a breakup. Too bad her skin looks like leather because she is a pretty girl.

1. I never said that or implied that skinny and toned was the same thing. (Jeez I know)

2. I never said or implied that JA had this body just by losing weight (That's impossible)
