I left movie forums on Golden Compass,Harry Potter,Narnia,Da Vinci Code,Passion of the Christ because all this religious groups add the atheists are at war and cant get into a civil discussion about the movie anymore. Some cant even separate the good and fanatical Muslims. Why do you think other nations in need are afraid when Salvation Army comes because they immediately think the Christians will convert them and other countries also get the jitters watching American soldiers place their Bibles on their pocket and pray together before going to battle. On today's news,two Federal enforcements will come after sites like Wikileaks and Gawker and the slimey Anonymous user and group also proudly got into the hackergate of Gov.Palin's Yahoo email account. These groups also rough up Cruise and Scientology and stole many videos on his church and private parties and edited it badly leading to many ppl to think its funny when its a crime. Let ppl practice their beliefs unless they are harming us and the National Security of this nation. In regards to this discussion of being tolerant of all religions, I think that is a great thing to practice but I don't regard Scientology as a religion, it is a cult IMO. That's a very different thing.

Actually many religions were considered cults & extremes before they were accepted as religions. Christianity took a loooong time and deaths & killings involve to be mainstream. Scientology is still a baby. Tom and his girls are over extra cute. Good luck to Katie and her costars on this play.

I've done some research and L Ron Hubbard got a lot of his ideas from staying on the island of Guam where some of my family is from. He was a science fiction writer and if you believe the story that he made a bet with his brother or partner (I can't remember which) that he could start and have people believing in a far fetched religion, then how in "God's name" can you believe anything that this man said to be truth? Tom Cruise always says he has the tools to have a perfect life but I listened to him talk for almost an hour and never not once did he ever mention what the tools were and how you could have a perfect life. Not once, he just kept going on and on about how he knew how everyone on this planet could have the perfect life and be happy once and for all.......but he never tells us how.

The word Cult was not even a word when Christ was born so I don't know how it could have been considered a cult.

Just look at the Republican convention where all the cowboys hold hands and pray, and the need to "make sure" Obama is not a Muslim, "In God we trust"on bills, and "God bless America" bumper stickers, the demand to teach creationism in school (since when is a story about an invisible man in the sky science???And why are we not teaching Wiccan theory too then?)

i'm kind of sad that i wasn't able to get tickets to tonight's opening (ok it's opening for previews but still)...but at least it seems like things are going well and the whole family is there to support her. i wonder what's going to happen about the rumors of another baby. i hope that she does think about having another child - but that she doesn't sacrifice her career since she's still so young and has a lot ahead of her.

There are lots of cases where people were killed related to Scientologists withholding food or medicine, and the people involved were not all Scientologists themselves, so I'd consider that a threat to the general public.

Scott Mayer talks in detail about a conspiracy to commit murder in his court affidavit, where someone higher up directed him to kill people allegedly stealing fruit from this ranch they had in Mexico that was used as a nursery for kids they couldn't fit into the Los Angeles.

Of course that makes me wonder why they are collecting kids and moving them out of the country. One doesn't have to look too far to find countless problems with this organization.

I am sure Suri is a big brat, or she will be soon. I still don't see their relevance. Even if they are "among the top hottest family in Hollywood." Still, who cares?
