Gwyneth Paltrow looked pretty and polished in her black ensemble, joining her concert buddy Kate Hudson at the 30 Days Of Fashion And Beauty party in London last night. While we wait to check out her new food show next week, Gwyneth stopped by Oprah to talk about her road trip in Spain and why she just can't bring herself to go on a diet. Clearly Gwyneth is doing something right to keep that amazing figure, but we can't wait to see all of her eating adventures first hand.

I remember the days when Gwyn was the most hated celeb around. She's looking goooooooooood these days.
1I thought she was a huge fan of the macrobiotic diet and hardcore yoga, no?
2I'm looking forward ot this show. Spain and food...hmmm
3She has no shape whatsoever, one un-sexy woman. Sure she eats whatever she want. Sure!
4Oh please. She probably eats like a friggen bird and exercises 4 hours a day with a personal trainer. is it really a big deal that she does not "diet"? she can say whatever she wants but i'm pretty sure we all know what the deal is.
5I'm sure that she exercises, and diets some, but if you've followed her career, she has always had a leaner body, with great muscle definition and little fat. Those body types usually have super fast metabolisms and show the effects of working out almost immediately.
6Then there's the rest of us...
I hate these super-pampered actresses that insist they are freaking perfect NATURALLY (...or manage to have a demanding career and infant twins without a nanny, ... or never ever had any plastic surgery). Cut the crap already. These lies make normal women feel inferior. I am sure Gwyneth watches everything she eat (and probably has a full-time cook) and spends hours at the gym.
7What in the lord above is she wearing???
8normally, i hate this chick. however, i watched oprah today and gwyneth let the world see her sweat. and i mean no make-up on, working out sweat. she said she can't restrict herself from food, so instead she works out. they showed her doing her routine with her personal trainer. she wasn't trying to deny that she has to work really hard to look the way she does as a mid-30s woman with two kids. that said, i still don't like her!
9She looks so thin in the face.
10I love her hair.
11She's looking a little older to me than she used to...i guess that's because she IS getting a little older
12And why would she need to bring herself to diet?
13If you look at her mother, she has a very slender body type as well so I think she was partly just blessed with a slender build...but I do imagine she has to work to be toned and healthy.
14I'm sure she watches what she eats but that doesn't mean she's on a diet. I always try and pick the healthy option and keep portion sizes under control but I'd absolutely hate to go on a diet and have strict rules and set meals.
15I love her.. she's beautiful and sophisticated... If food wasn't important to her she wouldn't be doing this show.. and eating well and enjoying exercise doesn't mean that she's dieting! she's just learnt to balance!
16she is however looking more pregnant than the last time I saw her... baby number 3 on the way...?
mmmm, the tights could take a hike.
Gwenny looks scary without make up like a cold rainy day in London. She looks more soft and appealing here.
17She doesn't need to diet , no ?? she 's already very thin ...
18it's really funny to me what she's saying about the whole diet thing since she was the poster child for macro dieting and not eating antyhing that wasn't raw. oh how the times change i guess.
19I used to dislike her, but not since she won me over in some interviews. I think she looks great in above photos.
20she diets as a way of life. i mean she always talked about the macrobiotic diet. what she probably means is she doesn't like crash diet or fad diet to try and fit into an oscar dress or something.
21She looks great!
22I love this woman
23I wish she'd keep her stories straight.
I don't like that hairstyle on her, it makes her face look really long and bony.
24Gwyneth is one of the most classy, elegant, beautiful and sophisticated celebs out there.
25Does anyone else think working out for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week is crazy? I mean, who has the time to do that? No wonder she can eat whatever she wants.
26I think few people outside the realm of the rich and famous have the time and means to work out for 2 hours a day, six days a week with a trainer.
ALthough I'm sure Gwyneth considers her new workout routine to be transformative and life-altering, to me she has always looked quite thin, so I can't see a distinct difference in the way she looks now versus five years ago. But I'm not going to lie, she does look fab.
27I don't think it's unrealistic. My husband trains for Ironman races while working full time and going to grad school, and he still has plenty of time left over to be with us. He gets up very early, especially on the weekends, and gets it done before the family day begins. And it averages out to more than 2 hours a day 6 days a week, especially the month before a race.
