Denise and Charlie Playing Nice
The messy divorce battle between Denise and Charlie is over for the moment. Their lawyers issued a joint statement saying they've worked out any outstanding issues, but didn't comment about whether or not the restraining order against Charlie was extended or who would have custody of their daughters. We're guessing Denise still has custody. She's on vacation in Maui with the girls, but no sign of Richie.

1The oldest one is such a spitting image of Charlie.

44Well, to be fair, she prob isn't over those issues but I think it's best for all parties involved (namely the kids) that they are going to *try* to work together.
45I don't know, Felice. If he's really guilty of those things, the kids shouldn't be anywhere near him.
46I TOTALLY agree Jen...all along I've been shaking my head when people rag on her so much, when HE'S the one who's pond scum. I'm not saying he should necessarily have any custody rights, BUT, given the way he's threatened her before, maybe she feels this is the best way to "deal" with him.
