After a busy weekend of participating in a triathlon immediately followed by a birthday bash for Marc on the opposite coast, Jennifer Lopez has been treating herself to a little vacation in St. Tropez. Today she was spotted shopping around town before climbing back aboard Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's yacht. In a recent interview, J Lo revealed that she's hired a nanny to help with the twins, which explains how she has more time for her fitness, career, and shopping these days. Here are highlights:
- On finally getting help with the babies: "I did it for a long time but we started using a nanny a few weeks ago. [Most days] I get up early with them. Then when the nanny comes, I can take a shower and give them their breakfast. She's there to help me get things done."
- On spending time with the twins: "When they see you and have that big smile on their face – I live for that. And when I put them to bed at night and they melt in your arms. I give them a bottle and wind it down. I say, 'It's time for beddy-bye.' I hold them and sing a little song. By the time you know it, they are asleep."

- On balancing a career: "It's gonna be a learning experience. How will I do both? I try to take breaks from work. I'll do a little work with the choreographers and then come back. I try to spend every free moment with the babies."
Most of you predicted back in May that Jennifer and Marc wouldn't last long without a nanny, so we're not surprised to hear that they finally come around. Plus, now she'll have some time to visit with her sister who recently welcomed a baby girl of her own.

8Not that having a nanny is a bad thing, but I find her so annoying for acting all high and mighty because they didn't have one for a few months. I'm sure she had plenty of other help. And the fact that she acts like she suddenly got pregnant with fraternal twins but no mention of in vitro.
Doe she think the rest of the world are idiots??? Maybe next they should try and convince us she is a virgin and got pregnant through immaculate conception.

Yes she revealed that she has a nanny now, but that doesn't mean she put it on the front page of the newspaper. Just like everything else the media is announcing it. Thats a simple question and a lot of you make it a big deal. By the way, She looks great!
14Hard work is balancing a career and children when you get middle income salary or less. The age person with twins does not get the luxury of having someone come over to take care of them while mom takes a shower.

i think that it was a good move for her to hire a nanny - it HAS to be hard to be as active with music and movies and to have 2 kids to look after. it'll be better for the kids anyway - cause even though it's great to be hands on parents, there's only so much time that you can devote to everything, and i don't see either jen or marc slowing down.
21I am so relieved Jennifer finally hired a nanny! I was worried about JLo having a nervous breakdown because she, poor thing, worked so hard to balance a super-busy career & a super-fabulous lifestyle (parties! fashion shows! premiers! looking good!) and taking care of two babies.

She continues to amaze me. How she can go on making up this nonsense and how dumb does she think we all are. Anyone can take care of twins if they have help doing everything else. After she feeds them their bottle, she does NOT go prepare more bottles for during the night, throw in a load of laundry, and get her clothes ready to go to work the next day - like a lot of other women. And she gets a lot of publicity for raising a puny 167 thousand dollars for charity with her triathalon and then spends 800,000 on a party Shouldn't it be the other way around Saint Jennifer? I wish she would just wear clothes and shut up.
24I understand what she's saying...it's hard to want to leave your child with anyone at first, especially TWO. She could have, she could afford it, but emotionally it's a challenge. I don't think she's patting herself on the back. She's just being honest regarding her lifestyle. And she does have a sister who's a mother and her own mother...I think another sister too (not sure)who may have helped... When I had my first child...I wanted a DNA sample from the daycare worker!! Everyone I knew worked. Eventually I quit and stayed home, you adjust, do what suits your family.
I think the couples like J. and Marc and Tom and Katie, Posh and Becks, ah, of course, Brad and Angie are just damned either way...it took saturation to get where they are and people are just sick of them in general.
