Ben turns 34 today and is finally showing his maturity. He is so excited about his new roles in life as husband and father. He is also about to make some sort of comeback in his new movie, Hollywoodland. Expect to hear more about parenting and the women in his life as he begins to promote his new film. Here's more on the dad's new life:
"I love being a father," the actor, who turns 34 on Tuesday, said. "It's wonderful. It's changed my life. It all sounds like platitudes and clichés, and that's because they're the truth."
He's even proving his babysitting skills with Violet, his 8-month-old daughter with wife Jennifer Garner, 33. Just a few days ago, he said, Garner left him in charge of the baby – but first explained how to feed her.
"(Jennifer said,) 'You take the peaches in the thing and you stir that up and you put that in with a little oatmeal and then put that in with a little bit of the crushed pears.' Then she looked at me and said, 'In all seriousness, is this too complicated?' That's my wife."

12I like Jen Garner alot and Violet is adorable. I've never seen what other people see in Ben. He's mediocre in acting at best and not good looking at all. That being said, I'm glad he grew up and started to be a father, I hope they last.

17No Val. I don'think Ben is remotely cute and I never have. He's just so "white boy" average. I'm not racist and I like white boys but now ones like Ben
18lol, a lot of women say things like that because the man has stopped listening by the time she has said "you take the.." i still have to leave notes for my husband on who eats what and who get what medication (pre measured) and what videos are available, etc. and my oldest is 8! it's a mom thing or maybe a dad thing come to think of it.

26when ben was with J Lo i actually was done with him for awhile--hard to believe! but then he came to his senses so now he is back in my good graces. there are many men that i do not crush on cali! clint is actually sexy but i would not put him in the same category as wenty
27i just find it so strange that celeb parents seem to love parenting so much, while commoner parents are always grumbling about how they have to wake up every night every 2 hours and how tired they are. strange!

29I too didn't think they'd last but they seem so great together.
30I like them a lot, she seems to be a great mother and Ben learned how to be a wonderful father too. Violet is adorable, a really cute baby, she and Matilda are the cutest baby girls EVER!

32I was rather surprised when they got together. I guess I was in shock over the J.Ho thing, but they have such a cute little family! Every momma I know has to instruct poppa how to care for the kiddo, especially when they are little. My mom still leaves "hints" for my dad after 28 years
33just looooooove them to death! they are just the most adorable little family! i couldn't stand jlo till she got with ben...then i started liking her...but still had that sense she was probably a diva anyway....now i'm back to can't stand her mode...hehehe...i'm sooooooo glad he got with the best jennifer for him!
34That's a really good point valeri, i hate it when men say they are babysitting their children, how in the hell do you babysit your own kid.

37I also love Ben and Jen G together but I must say that he was in better shape when he was with J. Lo. I guess it's true what they say when you get in a relationship and get comfortable you tend to let yourself go sometimes. They are one of my fav H-Wood couples and I hope they can make it last. I would be crushed if they split.
