Haylie took a break from her gig on Broadway to go to the NYC premiere of Material Girls, her first movie with Hilary. Their mom produced the movie so it's a total family affair. Here's more:
The sisters said they had "so much fun" making the movie -- and they were practically inseparable! "We got to drive to work together and shared a trailer," Hilary told ET at the premiere. She said the best part about making the film was that she and her sister got to "have fun and goof off."
There's no sibling rivalry here; Hilary tells us they never get jealous of the other's accomplishments. "We're really proud of each other," she says.
"We have a really close sister bond," Hilary says of their characters. "We have to work really hard for that to come across onscreen," she says with a wink.

24I used to think Hilary Duff was so darned cute and actually used to sit in front of the tub watching Lizzie McGuire (in my late 20's). Then she got those horrid veneers and lost all kinds of weight and she's not cute as a button anymore. I'm sad.

don't be mad, but I really like them. Separated, I can't stand either one, but together, they are really cute. At least, I don't get the b*tchy skank-ho vibe from them. And, unlike Ashlee & jess, I don't see them secretly jealous of each other.

37i saw the trailer a while ago (soooooooo bad). when there's nothing good in the trailer it's not a good sign.
also heard hillary being interviewed by ryan seacrest on american top 40 last weekend about this movie and they literally ran out of things to talk about after about 1 minute. "its like you guys are the hilton sisters, right". "well. no, not exactly". "but kinda?" "well, aaa, we have like a lot of like money and like own like the biggest cosmetic compant in like the world'. then the 2 of them started talking about how afraid they were of the dark and how they thought their sheets protected tham and they were constantly afraid of people breaking into their homes.

Well, I certainly don't expect Material Girls to win any academy awards, and I certainly am not fond of Hilary Duff, but it looks like this movie might be worth going to see to laugh at.

Awwww, Chompers and Horsey Duff make a B-movie. This is hardly news. Does anyone think this movie will actually be a hit. They should have made it for Disney or straight for video.
42God i love Hilary, she's my fav. i am a huge fan, but i wish she's have her sister " Taken care of" already. what a tailcoat rider. If it weren't for hilary, Haylie would not even exist to me, and i'd love that.
But i am going to see this movie and i'll proberly download it too so i can watch it til i buy it on DVD.
