good for the pitts and steven
1Clooney? Seriously dude, if it wasnt for ER, there is no way you would be as big as you are now. I am a huge fan of yours, but having you on ER one last time would be great for the show and for old school Clooney fans.
2How quickly they forget... Clooney was just another guy in need of an acting gig before ER. I adore him, but it's really disappointing that he couldn't take off a couple of days from his busy vacation schedule to honor the show that truly launched his career.
3Good for Spielberg and the Jolie-Pitts.
4I can't believe him. DAMMIT Clooney youre better than that.
YAY Jolie Pitts!
5i don't think it's a big deal that he doesn't want to be on ER again, some people don't like the schedule of TV and just because it helped launch his career doesn't mean he OWES them anything. I think he's better on the big screen anyway.
6Bravo, Spielberg! I hope we can do away with prop 8. Even if you don't believe in gay marriage, I don't believe anyone (including the government) has the right to say who you love and can be with.
ER is still on???? My gosh it has been on forever!
7No, Clooney doesn't owe ER anything (well, except his career, wealth and fame - it's not like he's the only guy in H-wood with dashing good looks and talent). It just would be a nice thing to do.
8i'm not surprised that clooney isn't going to come back - i think that it would be a bit weird since the last that we saw was of him and julianna on a pier/boat in seattle or someplace like that
i think that it's nice that the jolie-pitts keep donating money - i'm sure that it doesn't hurt them at all to do all this for tax purposes either.
it really does make me happy that so many people are supporting prop8 now..hopefully it'll get the results that they need
i'm happy to hear that 90210 is coming back for another season - especially after just 3 episodes!
good luck JJ - that's about all i can say for that one!
congrats to the expectant parents!
9why George why????? i loved ER
10why George why????? i loved ER
11sorry cuz i post it twice , the computer mistake , anyways i loved ER because of him , and just to know this now? there is something not right!
12Good for you Janet...other artists should follow suit.
13It would have been nice to see Doug Ross again, but I can understand that he's a busy man. He could always change his mind and surprise us all.
14Yah Jolie-Pitts!
15i wish that pinky tuscdero , he is always a surpriser , remember "such sweet sorrow" episode?
16OMG! That was the BEST! He really looked yummy!!!
17
I hope so pinky!
18I love myself some Steven Spielberg. Good for him.
19George already went back for a goodbye cameo with Julianna.. he did his token return.. I am sure if it didn't clash with something he already had scheduled he would be there...
I can't believe ER is still on WTF?
20Steven Speilburg makes 10 times the amount the Jollie/Pitts make and he only donates 100,000 while they donate a million?
He didn't or miss that 100,000 a bit. It was less than a drop in the bucket. He did it so he could say he did it and shut a lot of people up who were bugging him.
21Clooney seems a little ungrateful...that show made him a star. He doesn't need to do a recurring guest appearance, he could just pop in for a quick cameo to say goodbye.
Yay for the Jolie-Pitts! They've been donating a lot lately.
22oh George, why not! You are a star thanks to ER...
23Yes, he owns to the show! It would be nice if all the actors showed up after 12 years of this show. But he's such a diva, i guess he has a lot to do (like sailing in France or hanging out in his italian villa).
24george should remember where he came from, the most annoying part is the "he is busy with his movie career" sounds so snobbish.
25Let's not forget that besides his busy movie career, that George is a human rights advocate. He was just named the U.N. "messenger of peace", so who knows how much traveling that entails. He did ER, it made him a household name and a star, thank God! Anthony Edwards wishes his schedule was so swamped. (I'm not knocking him, I do like the guy)
26I'm pretty sure if he had time he would do it. I wouldn't hold my breath or bet on him returning, but I've watched enough television in my life to know that there could be a surprise during the May sweeps.
I don't think he's obligated to come back to the series just because it's the one where he made it big. It's not like the show's producers did him a favor by hiring him. He had the talent for the part and put the work in back then. He doesn't owe them anything.
I don't even like Clooney that much, but I just wanted to say that.
27i cannot stand actors who hit big on a show and then are too good to go back, i knew there was a reason i couldn't stand him oh and the fact that i think he is ugly
good for the pitt-jolie i can never knock them when it comes to their generosity
28Yeah, but pink, why? I mean, if you got your career break working for Company A, and then moved on to other things, would you feel obligated to go back to Company A if they asked you to, giving up whatever other career moves you could have done during that time, just because you got your career break there?
I'm not being nasty; it's a serious question. I really don't get why people feel he's obligated to go back. Is it more just that his fans from that show feel he's obligated to go back, for them?
Oh, and I agree with you completely that he is a most unattractive man.
29jude you got me on that question putting it like that but in a way their is a difference he is a millionaire who probably has more than enough time than your average joe, but i mean i could careless just wanted to comment, lol i too think he is very unattractive don't get the appeal
30enough people just enough! what's the hell is wrong? he must be really busy with his "more than 1 career" he is an actor , director , producer and he is the "U.N Messenger of piece" soooo anyone on his place would try to but unfortunately he had on time , plus he loves his fans , see how much time he stands in his movie premiers and in festivals just to sign their autographs to make them happy and not to make their indeed hungry? i think he is such a great person and if he has a time i am sure he will surprise us , he will always have a special place in my heart
31peace* sorry
32Thank you clooneywomen! I totally agree.
He really loves his fans. When they filmed
'Welcome to Collinwood' here in Cleveland,OH he was the off the charts cool. George if you're reading this, I Love You!
33hehehehe , i hope he is reading this now
34There is was an Esquire article that came out in March, where the journalist had him do an web search on himself at various websites and some fan pages. It was really funny because he read the good and bad and made interesting comments.
And to the haters...please go elsewhere, the negative comments
are getting old.
35So you never know
i read the whole interview and there was also a part of "2 girls 1 cup" , remember?
, hater just love to fool around , but he and lovers don't give a damn , we just love Clooney as he is
36Ugh! That "2 Girls 1 cup"= His reaction to it was hysterical!
