Everyone seems to have a creepy Cruise story these days so we thought we would bring you another. Most recently Tom has been weirding people out by hiding Suri, but it seems his strange behavior has been going on for a very long time. He even scared Yankee legend Joe DiMaggio in the mid-90's. Here's more:

"He'd show up at baseball-signing shows and wait for Joe to come out," says the source. "One time, he waited outside a restaurant for him for three hours. [DiMaggio] called him 'a short little guy.' He didn't like it. He felt like he was stalking him. Joe said to me, 'This guy is following me around everywhere I go,'" says our spy. "'Next time, I'm going to call the cops.'"
I'm sure Tom has a reason for wanting to meet Joe so badly. Maybe he was researching for a role or something. Poor Tom already has such a complex about his height and now this story comes out about the short little guy. Check out Tom and Katie leaving Beckham's soccer game the other day. He's all smiles as he somehow manages to always look taller than his fiance. I wonder how they work that magic.

Short little guy...I love it!!
1I ♥ Tom Cruise. I don't understand what is everyone's deal with thinking he is "crazy". Soo he hasn't shown his daughter to the entire world to publisize? Is it really anyone's business??
BTW.. As much as Eminem sings about her i don't think he has ever wanted the press to see any recent pictures or footage of his daughter. Not even in videos. =/ ?? I'm cofused about what the big deal is.
2I have had it with him.
3can't he just disappear
why is he even in the news?
Check out my Guess Who Game!

Even if you don't know, the picture is still enjoyable!
this happened in the 90's? slow news day i guess.
5i love katie and tom is a great actor, he's known to be over protected when it comes to his kids, so what's the big deal? he's not plotting to kill anyone so back off!
6Ahhh where do we begin fellow Popples, as to why we DON'T like the crazy Cruise?
I doubt this is him being over-protective. It's a well-known fact he was all pissy when they didn't offer him the *right* amount of money for pics of baby Suri. He wanted more than Brangelina, and the offers fell short. He's just biding his time, waiting for the right moment to show Suri, and I also think it has to do with Scientology, which, in my opinion, he's let take over his life (sorry yeah that was a run-on).
7Yeah, but Eminem wasn't holding out for the highest bidder for his daughter's pics...there lies the difference between the two.
8If Eminem did not want the press and the world to see his daughter, he would not have put her in one of his video
9it doesn't make sense. what made tom go crazy?!?
10I can't wait to see Suri. I won't buy the magazine but I will check out the pictures online.
11Crazy Cruise was also a stalker? What a huge surprise. I bet Katie kicks herself every day about the dilemma she now finds herself in. Makes you wonder how Nicole survived 10 years of marriage to the little creepazoid.
12The daughter was born earlier than they said, and they had to wait until she got big enough you couldn't call them on the strange size differences vs the average age.
13what a 'silly wittle guy'....SHAM!
14I really think you're right dmumsie. Remember how there were tons of pics of Katie just before she was about to allegedly pop, with a nice fake-looking belly no less?
15I think this is hilarious! Joe Dimaggio was not the nicest man in the world. I met him at Foster's Freeze when I was about 9 and he scared me big time. He lived in the same city as me. (Martinez, CA) It's odd that Tommy was stalking him. What's that all about? All I had to do was go get some ice cream! LOL
16I thought Joe Dimaggio died way back when. I had no idea he was still around in the mid-90's. Is he still alive?
17I personally want to rescue Katie - I'll need help though. Who can scale walls? I also need someone who's good at making disguises. Who's with me?
18Who saw the Star article this week about the reason that SURI might be hidden? Apparently, there is a rumor that the baby might have one of those strawberry or port wine birthmarks on her face and it is removable, but, they cannot operate on an infant because of scarring. Remember the pics of TC giving her a piggy back ride (weird) and you could see that big red birthmark? Well, I guess it is one of those port wine birthmarks and i know it is hereditary because my cousin has it (from the other side, not mine).
19P
Not me. I am NOT effing with those crazy Scientologists.
20That's crazy Jenna! Who cares about a birthmark!? Those people are nuts.
21jennav has been pming me about her secret luv for tommy boy. don't let her fool you. those recent tom cruise polls = all jennav baby. this is all just a clever ruse (how ever you spell it)
*obviously joking
22He died in 1999.
23Thanks, Pad.
LOL Val - you weren't supposed to tell!
24i think they take those off with a laser and there are only a few places that do it on kids. there is an age that they (generally) require a baby to be before they will do it and i do think it's because of the risk of a burn.
honeslt after autism, i would SO take a birth mark.
25I think people who have low self-esteem are taking great pride in calling Tom Cruise names. Sorry to break it to ya, you cannot hold a candle to his achievements.
26BTW the pic are great and this story like all others is a croak of bs.
"The antidepressant, all it does is mask the problem".Tom Cruise
Val has exposed me.
27I am No-names-needed
Val has exposed me....
28I am NNN
On a serious note, I know that sounds crazy, but Tom (sorry Val, I know you love him) is all about appearances. I have no idea how he would handle a child with autism.
Probably much like John Travolta does. Pretend the autism doesn't exist. And let the poor child suffer.
29My cousin is autistic. It's been a long hard road, but he's in good therapies and programs. Doubt Tiny Tom would believe in any of the therapies, though.
30No, you're right Pad. That's (supposedly) why John Travolta won't allow his child to be diagnosed. His child is obviously a very high functioning autistic. But, still.
31My Sugar Rush is no longer opening a new window for me when I click on a comment. Oh no!
32first thing most people say to me is "oh she's like rainman!?" ummm, no, actually she's nothing like that FRICKING MOVIE. and you know Pocahontas, well trees don't really talk!
33btw, travolta's child is VERY low functioning, much like my daughter.
34People have actually said that to you? It is amazing how much knowledge people lack.
35As for the Travolta child, that breaks my heart. If he is low functioning as Val says and is not getting professional help, I find that very disturbing.
Jen...try refreshing your page.
I can't believe people ask you that Val!
I had no idea John Travolta's child was low functioning. Oh that makes even more livid that he refuses to seek any help at all.
36Argh, I tried refreshing and it still just opens the page without opening a new window. Darn. Well, I can right click. I'm not thaaaat lazy.
37Jen...I usually just watch recent comments and by the time you click on one of those and come back to the main page there is a new crop of comments.
38I should just do that too. I got addicted to the Rush. Like I needed something else to be addicted to around here, right?
39Matt's had a lot of success with a snoezelen room therapies, val. Have you had an opportunity to explore sensory therapy?
40LOL Short little guy! oooh I hope Tom somehow reads that
41ooooh I just love how Dimaggio litterally looks down on Tom!
42me - again
43Port wine stain my ass. She's probably got one eye, three legs, and a testicle growing out of her forehead.
44You are on FIRE!
45Excuse my interupption, ladies,my computer is playing up something chronic, and I have to grab any chance I get to post.
46I hope this story about the birthmark isn't true,if it is, it will only fan the flames of hatred I have for TC,for hiding Suri.
Oh,if i start talking broken biscuits, you must inform me.I have had a little tipple tonight %-\
sensory therapy, hippo therapy (horse back riding), OT, PT, ST, chelation, DTT, RID, ABA, vitiams, supplements, and a partridge in a pear tree. it's not lack of effort, time or money, the therapy just doesn't always work. we have spared no expense and maxed out insurance, taken the school district to court (and won) twice, and won on appeal to the regional center. for years she lost skills and then suddenly last christmas she started making improvements. now at age 8 1/2 she functions at about 32 months (no language though). which sounds grim and it is, but it's so much better than the screaming, self mulitating, violent child i had just a few months ago that i'll take it.
you know it's funny, i was reading something about these children that were switched at birth and i thought about what i would do if that were jenna. i would so fight to keep her! it sounds insane because she makes our lives so hard, but i love her more than i could ever put into words. being a parent makes you crazy i guess, if just for that child. and you don't have to give birth to be a parent.
47Louise...it is just something that I read in one of the tabloids that is popular here in the States. It does sound like it could be true.
48Aw Val, you impress the hell out of me.
49I hope I don't sound uber cheesy...but Val, you are an angel on Earth. And your daughters will grow up to be fine young women because of you.
