After a much needed night's sleep [1], Britney Spears looked great on her way out of the dance studio in LA yesterday. With the release of "Womanizer" on the backburner [2] for a few days more, Britney's got time to focus on her other ventures like selling her summit house. The 7,500 square foot, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home is on the market for $7.9 million [3] while Britney has already been house hunting for months. After all the drama those walls have seen, it's no wonder that Britney wants a new place to start fresh just like she's managed to refresh so many other aspects of her life.
